• When set to Auto Mode, the three-axis acceleration sensor reads vehicle speed and adjusts suspension damping in real time
• From bumpy uneven roads to smooth high speed cornering, the Bilstein iRC system will deliver the best in comfort and performance
• In addition to two fixed modes from Bilstein (Comfort and Sport) this new system allows users to create, save and share their own custom damping settings via a smartphone
• In Auto mode three adjustable settings become available (Comfort, Normal and Sport)
• Each one can be custom tuned to the users individual demands
• Bilstein B1 (iRC) active suspension control module converts Bilstein B16 (ridecontrol) suspension kits to a smart phone adjustable suspension system
• This module works together with a smartphone app to allow the user to fine tune the parameters which controls the switching from Comfort to Sport on the electronic dampers
• An accelerometer built into the module provides the app with a graph of the g-forces while driving
• This graph allows a user to choose the exact moment the electronic dampers will activate to provide an active suspension experience!
