Include a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers. Available with the standard remote reservoir as well as an optional DSC (dual speed compression) adjustable reservoir, these coilovers are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box to provide optimal performance.
BDS Suspension is a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and include a bolt-in reservoir mounting brackets. These coilovers feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts and optional DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment technology built into the remote reservoir.
DSC allows for easy adjustment of your vehicle's suspension compression dampening so you can dial in the ideal ride performance to soak up the bumps, both large and small. The DSC has 12 adjustment points for the high speed compression as well as 10 adjustment points for the low speed compression allowing you to make large or small changes to further improve your performance over different types of terrain.
Adjustments can be made by simply twisting the "blue" high speed and "gold" low speed compression knobs located on the end of the remote reservoir of the FOX 2.5 coilovers. No tools or shop adjustments needed, allowing you to tune the suspension by hand out on the trail.
Also supplied as part of these complete 3" lift system are a pair of BDS performance series upper control arms (UCA). These UCAs improve suspension travel and while providing superior strength and styling to the factory arms. These arms are built from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing, fully welded with integrated support gussets.
BDS Suspension include brake line mounting tabs and use an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning back to the neutral position at ride height. The BDS arms come fully assembled with OE-style rubber bushings for the frame mounts and a high-quality MOOG ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and better durability than arms that use heims and uniballs.
1" front differential spacers and longer hardware is supplied to reposition the front differential to keep CV axle angles at a minimum. In the rear, BDS supplies a set of heavy duty shackles. These shackles provide 1" of lift to level the stance and include grade 8 installation hardware. Rounding out the rear of this 3" coilover system are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance series shocks designed to pair with the front coilovers for impressive performance on and offroad. and allow clearance for 33" tires under Tundra.
