Important Notes

  • 35 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 5.75 in. Backspace
  • 295 / 60 with 20 x 9 and 5.75 in. Backspace
  • 285 / 65 with 20 x 9 and 6.18 in. Backspace
  • Disassembly/assembly of the factory torsion bar system requires the use of a special unloading tool. The GM specified tool #CH48809
  • Some minor trimming may be necessary to fit certain wheel/tire combination. This is normal with most aftermarket tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks and typically consists of trimming the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/ narrower tires will reduce/eliminate trimming required. Further trimming tips are included at the end of this instruction sheet.
  • Stock wheels and stock tires can be installed, but depending upon alignment and tire profile will be tight to the ball joint cup. ¼” – ½” wheel spacers may be required to use stock wheels and stock tires.

Product Details

Up the ante in your 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD truck and improve the ride with this 3-inch lift kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increase travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort.

Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks and heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. Along with the control arms, a pair of indexed cast steel torsion bar keys are supplied upfront to lift the vehicle and a small differential relocation kit is supplied to correct CV axle operating angles without affecting ground clearance. To eliminate sway bar interference, a pair of sway bar relocation brackets is used which maintains proper operating angle.

In the rear, a 2" block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance when unloaded. Rounding out these kits are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks ready to soak up the terrain.
