Our Billet Upper Links are precision-machined in-house from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum and engineered to deliver maximum strength, performance, and reliability in extreme on- and off-road conditions. By replacing the soft factory OE bushings with Trophy Truck-grade uniballs, these upper links eliminate rear axle deflection and allow for increased rear axle articulation, resulting in improved suspension performance and vehicle control.
Factory upper links or trailing arms can bend, dent, or deform when subjected to harsh use or rock impacts. When this occurs, the rear axle can be thrown off center, causing the truck to drive crooked on the road or trail, and the rear pinion angle can fall out of alignment, leading to unwanted driveline vibrations. Our solid billet design prevents these issues by maintaining proper axle position and driveline geometry even under extreme abuse.
Built-in, replaceable skid plates allow the arms to slide smoothly over rocks and obstacles without damaging the arm itself, adding an extra layer of protection and long-term durability. In addition to their strength and performance advantages, these billet upper links are a major visual upgrade, replacing boring factory tube arms with high-quality, eye-catching machined components. Designed and manufactured in California, they represent the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
