Our Billet Trailing Arms are precision-machined in-house from a solid block of 6061 billet aluminum and engineered to handle extreme on- and off-road use. By replacing soft factory OE bushings with Trophy Truck-grade uniballs, these trailing arms eliminate rear axle deflection and provide increased rear axle articulation, resulting in improved handling, stability, and suspension performance.
Factory upper links or trailing arms can bend or deform from harsh use or rock impacts, which can throw the rear axle off center, cause the truck to drive crooked, and knock the rear pinion angle out of alignment, leading to driveline vibrations. The solid billet construction of these trailing arms prevents those issues by maintaining proper axle alignment even under severe conditions.
Built-in, replaceable skid plates allow the arms to slide over rocks and obstacles without damaging the arm itself. In addition to their strength and performance benefits, the aggressive billet design provides a major visual upgrade over boring factory tube arms. Designed and manufactured in California, these trailing arms reflect the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
