Our Billet Trailing Arms are precision-machined in-house from a solid block of 6061 billet aluminum and engineered for maximum strength, performance, and reliability in demanding on- and off-road conditions. By replacing the factory soft OE bushings with Trophy Truck-grade uniballs, these trailing arms eliminate rear axle deflection and allow for increased rear axle articulation, resulting in improved control and predictable handling both on the street and on the trail.
Unlike factory upper links or tubular trailing arms that can bend, dent, or deform from harsh use or rock impacts, our solid billet design is built to withstand extreme abuse. Damage to OE trailing arms can cause the rear axle to shift off center, make the vehicle drive crooked, and throw the rear pinion angle out of alignment, leading to unwanted driveline vibrations. Our billet trailing arms prevent these issues and feature built-in, replaceable skid plates that allow the arms to slide over rocks without damaging the arm itself.
In addition to their performance and durability advantages, these trailing arms are a major visual upgrade. The aggressive billet design and high-quality machining stand out underneath the truck, replacing the boring factory tube arms. Designed and manufactured in California, they reflect the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
