This Baja Kits Prerunner Front Suspension System is engineered for serious off-road performance, combining strength, precision, and race-proven durability. The system features CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms, anodized in black with a laser-etched logo, along with boxed prerunner lower control arms built for maximum strength. Both upper and lower arms utilize Trophy Truck–grade 1-inch uniballs, adjustable rod ends, and heat-treated stainless steel misalignment hardware, ensuring superior articulation, durability, and precise suspension geometry. Delrin bushings, crush sleeves, and zerk fittings provide smooth operation and long-term serviceability.
Included billet front sway bar links enhance handling and control, while additional components such as brake lines, CNC steering extensions, and extended heat-treated axles ensure proper fitment and performance. The front suspension is delivered pre-assembled to simplify installation.
