Precision-Engineered Torsion Bar Keys with Front Shock Spacers
The Zone Offroad torsion keys are 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure casting strength, and then CNC machined for exact fitment and lift height. Paired with included front shock spacers, this setup allows full suspension droop while maintaining shock alignment and frame limit engagement. The result? Better wheel travel, reduced binding, and no compromise on reliability.
Rear Add-A-Leafs for Stance, Load Support & Spring Wrap Reduction
Unlike block-style lifts, this kit uses a pair of add-a-leafs to lift the rear. This method increases load capacity and dramatically reduces unwanted axle wrap—providing a more stable and controlled rear suspension under heavy loads or aggressive driving. Optional custom-valved Zone Offroad rear shocks are also available separately to enhance performance even further.
Differential Drop for Proper Geometry
To ensure correct driveline alignment, a differential drop is included in the kit. This added component helps correct CV angles after lifting and contributes to long-term component longevity and smoother operation under acceleration.
