SEMA is all about building the most badass vehicles possible. In the rapidly expanding Overlanding field, the Californian custom truck company LGE-CTS Motorsports threw its hat in the ring with an outstanding Ford F-250 Super Duty dubbed "Baja Forged." As the name implies, the concept is based around the idea of a chase and support truck for desert endurance racing.

As a base vehicle for slugging through the desert supporting race trucks, the 6.7-liter Power Stroke turbo diesel engine and large comfortable cabin makes the Ford F-250 Super Duty a perfect platform. At its facility in San Dimas, California, LGE-CTS Motorsports started by pulling off the stock bed and replacing it with a customized Pronghorn modular utility flatbed. The modular flatbed opens to create a mobile workshop and is kitted out with Rigid Industries A-series lights to illuminate the workspace. An ARB Awning can then be used to cover the bed.

For sleeping, the Baha Forged Super Duty features a Tepui Hybox rooftop tent and cargo box mounted to a custom-built roof rack.

To deal with the relentless and arduous terrain, the Super Duty's suspension is upgraded to the Icon Vehicle Dynamics 4.5-inch lift Stage 7 suspension system. To help deal wth all that added weight up top and change in the center of gravity, the suspension system is embellished with a set of Hellwig Big Wig air springs. An extended range gas tank is also fitted, along with a Warn winch. The front end is fitted with custom LGE-CTS built front bumper and carbon fiber front fenders while Rigid Industries supplied the extensive lighting for the vehicle.

The cabin has also been kitted out for practicality as well as maximizing the space and includes a rear seat release kit to free up cabin storage when needed.
