High Clearance Crossmembers and Differential Relocation
The BDS high-clearance system features 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers for unmatched strength and maximum ground clearance. Multipiece differential relocation brackets maintain correct axle position and CV angles at the new ride height, helping reduce wear on driveline components. Heavy-duty skid plates tie it all together and protect vital underbody components during off-road use.
Steering Geometry and Stability Maintained
To retain handling and ESC system compatibility, this kit includes CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends. New sway bar links, bump stop extensions, and CV spacers round out the comprehensive geometry correction, ensuring both comfort and control on any terrain.
Rear Lift and Shock Options
In the rear, a heavy-duty fabricated lift block replaces the factory unit to level the truck and maintain load capacity. Extended U-bolts and hardware are included. While the front retains the factory DSSV dampers, the rear allows you to upgrade with either BDS NX2 Nitro shocks or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks—each tuned for precise performance and control.

Important Installation Notes
- Trimming of the inner fender is required
- Minor welding required during install
- Stock 17" and 18" wheels are not compatible with this lift
- Recommended wheel/tire setups:
- 295/70 on 17x8 with 4.5" backspacing
- 305/70 on 17x9 with 4.5" backspacing
- 35x12.5 on 20x9 with 5" backspacing
