The 2021 Chevrolet Colorado recently debuted with bolder styling inspired by the new Chevrolet Silverado. Now, the online configurator for Chevrolet's Ford Ranger rival is live, allowing you to build your perfect 2021 Chevrolet Colorado and explore all the available options and packages. Three body styles are available for the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado, including Extended Cab/Long Box, Crew Cab /Short Box, and Crew Cab/Long Box.

Four trim levels are available: Work Truck, LT, Z71, and the new ZR2, which can all be configured with 2WD or 4WD. Since the Base Extended Cab is no longer available, the starting price for the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado has increased to $26,395 for the entry-level Extended Cab/Long Box.

The Crew Cab/Short Box starts at $28,295, while the Crew Cab/Long Box carries an MSRP of $30,395. Prices exclude the $1,195 destination charge.

There are three engine options to choose from, including a 2.5-liter four-cylinder producing 200 horsepower and 191 lb-ft of torque, a 3.6-liter V6 with 308 hp and 275 lb-ft of torque, and a 2.8-liter Duramax four-cylinder diesel delivering 181 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque, although the diesel option hasn't been added to the configurator yet. Power is sent through either a six-speed or eight-speed automatic transmission.

For the exterior, two premium colors can be selected including Bright Blue Metallic ($395) and Cherry Red Tintcoat ($495). Several packages are available for the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado adding a range of goodies and enhancements for the exterior and interior.

The ZR2 Midnight Edition, for example, adds a stealthy black exterior, 17-inch gloss black aluminum wheels, an off-road sport bar with ZR2 logo, off-road lights, and a 17-inch gloss black spare aluminum wheel. Fully loaded, our 2021 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 cost $57,880, but ticking all the options on the extensive list of available dealer accessories adds a whopping $37,625.
